1901 Arts Club

1901 Arts Club is an elegant venue that can be hired exclusively by individuals, groups and organisations for a multitude of purposes. 1901 Arts Club is happy to tailor packages to suit your individual requirements. Discounts are available for charities and young/emerging artists. 

Abacus Arts

Abacus Arts offers a large studio space with oak topped sprung flooring for dance rehearsals and performing arts venue hire.

Blue Elephant Theatre

Blue Elephant produces or co-produces all shows and supports London-based artists and new work.

Canada Water Studios

Canada Water Studios offers two new air-conditioned dance studios only 80m from the Canada Water Tube/Bus station. Studios have mirrors, sprung floors, barres (fixed and portable available) and large changing rooms.

Canada Water Theatre

Canada Water Theatre has a range of six rooms available for hire. All are situated on the second-floor library gallery, with views across Canada Water. You can also hire the theatre space for performances, rehearsals or conferences and meetings.

CLF Art Café (Bussey Building)

CLF Art Café is a 120-year-old multi-level Warehouse space, hosting leading events in music, theatre, film, anime, art, comedy and more.

Corsica Studios

Corsica Studios is available to hire for both private and public events. Included in the hire fee are all PA and sound equipment, door supervisors and staff (but does not include a box office person). If you plan to have live music at your event they can recommend sound engineers, but this is an additional cost.

English Touring Theatre

The English Touring Theatre offers a range of spaces for rehearsing plays, dance, musical theatre, casting calls or filming. They are light, spacious and well-equipped rehearsal rooms.

Greenwood Theatre

The Greenwood Theatre is available for events, and productions via King’s College venue hire. Fully air-conditioned, the raked auditorium seats 450 people. There are a total of 6 dressing rooms of various sizes, plus a make-up/wardrobe room and board room for meetings.

Hotel Elephant

A not-for-profit company which provides space for arts, culture and creative enterprise. Hotel Elephant's St Johns project space is available to hire for rehearsals and events. The space is located in the former school hall, is approximately 900 sqft, and has a wooden floor and a small kitchenette. The public space and cafe at Spare Street is available to hire for events and is a licensed venue with a capacity of approximately 60 people. The space has exhibition wall space and access to a projector, screen and sound system if required. Make an enquiry.

Husky Studios

Husky Studios continues to offer a variety of affordable, well equipped dance studios and rehearsal spaces easily reached by bus, tube and train. For four decades, Husky has served the professional industries and the community.

InSpire

InSpire’s performance space has sprung flooring and a seating capacity of 70. Our performance space provides the perfect venue for showcase events, dance and drama sessions. The radio suite has a wealth of state-of-the-art equipment. The fully kitted-out radio suite provides the ideal space to record radio shows, interviews, podcasts and DJ sets.

Jerwood Space

Jerwood Space offers seven rehearsal spaces and two meetings rooms available for professional theatre, dance and music theatre work as well as smaller scale rehearsals, readings and auditions. The studios are mirrored with sprung flooring.

London Bubble Theatre

London Bubble Theatre has a rehearsal room and a slightly smaller studio space available and open to hire for a variety of events ranging from rehearsals, filming, photo shoots to conferences. 

London Performance Studios

A versatile selection of creative studio and rehearsal spaces in Penarth Street, Peckham. Ranging from 5m x 5m to 12m x 16m and available for weekly and longer term hire. Discounted community rates are offered for local residents, and discounted charity rates for not for profit organisations. Three new spaces are now available with ground-floor level access.

Milco

Milco provides professional recording studios for artists.

Ministry of Sound

Ministry of Sound is a versatile and adaptable venue, complete with 5 interior spaces perfect for all event requirements from receptions and banqueting to Awards ceremonies, conferencing and club nights. It’s one of the few spaces in London offering an innovative and electrifying event experience with an award-winning sound and lighting system coming as standard.

Mountview

Mountview in Peckham has a range of studios, theatres and work spaces available for hire along with a large-scale rehearsal room.

Peckham Levels

Peckham Levels exists as a home for creatives, local entrepreneurs and the people of Peckham. The multi-space venue hosts culture for the here and now, by bringing together cutting-edge theatre, music, comedy, talks and events, with London’s nightlife, food and bar scenes.

Pembroke House

Pembroke House offers various rooms and halls, including dance rehearsal space with sprung flooring.

Push Studios

Push Studios dance and fitness studios offer a wide range of fitness and dance classes and are great spaces to hire for hen parties, rehearsals or filming.

Sands Films Studios

Sands Films Studios offers studio and production facilities for film companies, including a sound stage, set workshop, production offices, dressing rooms and screening theatre.

Salmon Youth Centre

Salmon Youth Centre has a mirrored dance studio.

Siobhan Davies Dance

Housed in a stunning converted Victorian school, Siobhan Davies Studios has two versatile dance spaces that are ideal for classes, workshops and rehearsals. Perfect to test, experiment, explore and teach your practice in Elephant and Castle, they offer both subsidised rates and last minute space hire. Siobhan Davies studios is fully accessible.

South London Dance Studios

South London Dance Studios offers three spacious dance studios for hire, with sprung floors, mirrors and ballet barres, including changing rooms, a shower, and a waiting room for clients and students.

Southwark Park Galleries

The Lake Gallery and Dilston Grove situated in Southwark Park offer space hire for talks and seminars, film screenings, entertainment, film and photo shoots, performance, dance and theatre productions, and community events.

Superarts Academy

Superarts Academy offers a dance studio with sprung flooring, mirrors, ballet barres and a sound system. The space is self-contained with its own kitchen area and restrooms.

Terminal Studios

Terminal Studios is located in Bermondsey and offers state of the art recording studios, as well as instrument and staging equipment.

Theatre Peckham

Theatre Peckham has a number of custom-designed spaces available for hire, including their full venue takeover hire for large scale or corporate events. They offer a state of the art 200 seat theatre, two rehearsal studios, a meeting room and a bright and open café/foyer.

Unicorn Theatre

Unicorn Theatre has two theatre spaces; the Weston Theatre (250 capacity) and the Clore Studio Theatre (100 capacity) and two rehearsal rooms; the Judi Dench and the Foyle Studios, the Unicorn is ideal for conferences, seminars and large meetings. The main Broccoli Foyer, which can be used for receptions, catering and registration as well as a meeting room/breakout space, the John Lyons Room. The Foyer can be hired out separately for private functions, if available. The Unicorn also has late night refreshments and an alcohol premises license.
