- Arts Admin’s Artists' Bursary Scheme has been running since 1998 and has supported over 200 artists working in contemporary performance practices
- Arts Council National Lottery Project Grants supports thousands of individual artists, community and cultural organisations
- The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize invites artists to submit drawings that will appear alongside other leading contemporary artists
- The Royal Society of Sculptors’ First Plinth: Public Art Award offers sculptors an opportunity to extend their practice into competing for public art commissions
- The Discerning Eye bursary provides the winning artist with a grant and opportunity to exhibit their work at the ING Discerning Exhibition at the Mall Galleries
- The Elephant Trust makes it possible for artists and those presenting their work to undertake and complete projects when frustrated by lack of funds
- The Pollock-Krasner Foundation programme is open to visual artists to apply for a one year grant towards their professional work, living and medical costs
