During a flooding event, if you are vulnerable or feel that lives are at risk, contact the emergency services on 999 for immediate assistance and rescue.
If the issue is urgent but not life threatening, please use the council’s contact number 020 7525 5000 to inform us.

At a safe time we also recommend that you report incidents of flooding to the Flood Risk Management Team via this flood reporting form. This is to provide information for record keeping and should not be used to request an emergency response.
